The extra grip on this track comes from the value in the gdb file. It is a rather surprising 1.18, an 18% uplift on the 'usual' value of 1.0. This will cause some cars to overturn on this track when they do not do that on many other circuits.
That statement only appears in a few tracks and most set it to 1.0 when it does appear. I presume the default is 1.0 when there is no RoadDryGrip= statement as the value in the default tdf would apply. The only other track I have seen with RoadDryGrip= greater than 1.0 is Aintree, but that has its own tdf file which contradicts the gdb values. I am not sure which file prevails, probably the local gdb.

Half the time I drive here I end up flipping on the first section from too much grip, surprised this hasn't been fixed yet. But congrats on HOF!

Can not get the track to wok do i need to down load both track files or whats going on here or all 3 cant DL the top 2 one doesnt work and other wants me to pay money

Great little track layout, one of my rfactor favourites for sure, partly due to the elevation changes!
The only downside for me personally, it the big framerate drop and consequent stuttering during the final sector. I have to go slower than the potential speed through the tight esses section, just to keep my car from the trees and steep banks. Once I reach the final bend, all is well again and I can concentrate on exploring the grip levels.
