I love the mod but I am having sound issues. The engine revs sound great when I run alone but when I run in a pack the sound gets very distorted and then cuts out all together until I am back to running alone again. Any advice in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Again thanks for the wonderful mod.

As written in the readme, start a testday and you gonna find the chat-window in the buttom left corner.

I'm still having issues with this mod. The cars seem to have too much drag and the grip is too low. I cannot get the Ferrari F2005 to lap Silverstone any lower than 1:23.8 no matter what I do to the setup. Where as, I can get the F1.08 to do a 1:20.3 consistantly. Where am I going wrong?

It is sim which dont have opponent.
Simply the best simulation F1 existing today.

I think this is a great mod and I like playing it. The only problem I have is that the brakes seem to fail as I get to the last lap of the race and I can't control the car. I've assessed the problem - I lose all break temperature in one of the brakes. It is a shame because it's hard to complete a race, but the previous parts of the race are excellent.
Thanks for this mod.

I had installed the mod, but i only can drive in the first track loaded. the next tracks i try load, the game is closed to the desktop. What happen?

OK. You guys from CTDP are by far the best modders in various terms, among them graphical detail. Not only this mod, but Bahrain and you ohter projects show this as well. No doubt about this.
An because this is fact, I HAVE to ask: How come you did use only one engine sound??? That's in somehow way under your possibilities...

It's because the mod is built slightly differently than others. The same is the case with F1 2007 MMG, the way the files are placed, unfortunately, you can't race '05 against '07 :(
Unfortunately, to my knowledge, there is no way around this problem.

Noob here, could someone help me out? I'd love to know how to fix .mas errors. Whenever I try to use these cars in "All Cars" mode I get a dialogue box saying it can't find a certain file. I saw somewhere that it was possible to fix this but it wasn't explained further.
Can anyone help me?

Since there's no CTDP 2006 out yet, I've been playing this a fair bit. Even though these beasts have up to 200BHP more than the 2007 cars, they are slightly slower around a lap -- but much more fun :D
The only downer on this mod are the exterior sounds but I play 1st-person anyway :)

I'd like to know if there's a possibility to rename the Red Bull team to "Jaguar". A painter wanted to release a skin for it soon. Or could probably the devs of this mod do something here? :D I want to drive a Jaguar :P

Really great mod guys, been playin it for ages. Nice screenies Tyrell Ford
But i agree with the brake disc glow thing. Also, on teh subject of wheels, is there a possibility of having wheels that aren't crome? maybe matte ones, would actually look more realistic.

in server edition all cars have the same physic (I think from Renault)! This is made for leagues.
in normal edition every car has a different physic (mclaren --> fastest, minardi --> slowest)

f1 1988 by carrera is nice, but certainly not the best.
I dont know about this 2005 mod, but i still feel gp79 is the most realistic f1 mod out there for rfactor.
If you take a better look into 1988 mod, you will notice the same. Just try driving with low wings, and then with high wings, there is no denying.

i have sound problem in engine F1 in out of the car
its lower & lower !!!
how can i fix this problem ???
sounds are really fantastic
car still are so good better then bmw f1 07
