@mauro,
can you tell me how many cars you are using in league event,?
I`ve tried this track on line with friends and haven't found the problem you mention?

i have a big problem with zandvoort 2.5 track.
i install the new version of the track in my server and all the driver have the new version. (we use the "league edition").
the problem is that the first Williams FW07 (and Arrows A2 mk2) in the server (the "class 1"), when the race starts is always disqualified (DQ).
(williams fw07 "class 2-3-.... are ok)
I discovered that during the practice/qualification sessions, the other drivers see williams "class 1" above the guard-rail (and not in the box).
the DQ can depend on that?
any solutions?

A great track for Rfactor. But still missing something. Zandvoort must a some special spirit when you driving on it,(like most drivers have in real life on the track) like you drive just on the edge. Now when i drive through the Scheivlak corner the spirit i just not there. Its way to easy now when you drive on this track. The corners en heights are not perfect. Zandvoort looks like a mostly plat circuit on movies. But in real the track makes his way trought the Dunes and has manny different heights. Now adays the highest different is 15 metres.
When you just make that last part perfect. Then it is one of the best 1979 tracks to drive on.

Zwiss, it was there...
After Courage's fatal crash there in 1970 they needed to do something about the safety. Armco was installed when they built the Panorama chicane a little further down the road. In 1973, after the drivers had ignored the warnings of the local experts that armco would be a very bad idea because of the soil there and armco was installed, Roger Williamson became the next victim of that turn. He would've survived had armco not been installed and acted as a ramp for his car.
After trying different techniques for securing the armco in the ground all proved to be dangerous one way or another, the decision to replace that part of the track with a chicane was made in 1978. To keep from having to cancel the 1979 GP due to the improvements being made, early in 1979 there were patches of asphalt added to the inside and outside of the right hand turn, and rumble strips were added to create the chicane. After the GP the whole section was redone with the permanent "Scheckter Chicane" (later Marlboro Chicane).

The track is great... There are only 2 little things I don't like about it.
1) The Tarzan corner is too low/flat. The camber is all on the outside of the turn. The inside doesn't drop like it does in this version.
2) The top of the Hunzerug (the hill leading upto the left/right towards Scheivlak) has a bump that wasn't there before the shortened track was built in 1986 (due to the camber of the toyota turn).

What's going on in the section after Scheivlak?????
There was a real chicane there from 1980 onwards.. but I never saw any information of the twisty bit like you added in this version..
I'm really puzzled how you came up with this strange bit...

I realise at first it looks slightly confusing title, to the system its changed .. I know most of the gpc track pages need updating and the titles version changing. I think all gpc79 track titles were all titled to ver 1.00, and yet all link to version 2.0 of the releases.. I submitted a few track links in the early hours .. and copied and pasted info..
but you can be assured whatever you download its always the latest available version...
