If you need TC for this mod add the following to the gp206.hdv file under control:
TractionControlGrip=(1.00, 0.20)
TractionControlLevel=(0.35, 0.95)

@ drdrum - It shows up because The Open Wheel 2007 mod and CCWS 2006 both use "Milwaukee" in vehicle file. Delete Milwaukee out of them and it will cure your problem. Don't know if this will create an online mismatch or not.
