1999 CART Season Addon 0.90

This mod is a carset addon for the 1995 CART season, which is a requirement to run the 1999 cars. This mod will consist of talent files that actually work, every driver that participated in 1999 and their liveries. This mod uses only the 1995 Reynard shape.

Just to give some background info, I painted around half of the original 1995 liveries.

I have a few more helmets to paint and 4 livieries to paint (gugelmin, blundell, moreno #18, blundell digital dna).

I think anyone dont will stop playing this addon after releases cartfactor 1999 addon. Mod cart 1995 is very interesting.
