Excuse me, but what exactly did you do to this track? I downloaded this and all the files match exactly, size, date and time to the Chatham I helped Bud Lucas with. I re-colored all the textures. Did you get permission from Bud to do this? Most importantly, what DID you do?

Yes, it turns out that this is exactly the same as the release that mcoak has pointed out.
So it seems that this is not actually needed - it is just a clone of the previous version of Chatham.

Just add ".rar" at the end of the file to extract.
This is the same from:

I mean it's not like all the tracks from rF , rar , it's just a simple file , not work because it's nothing ,and I hope this team work fine and finally we have assen and missano , the classics tracks . Ciao

it's like sepang version , no track , just a joke , and I wonder if this team can make possible like us finnaly to have new Assen and new Misano ?!!

The track cannot be extracted, as it just saves as a "file" with no extension.
EDIT: Its extractable if you save it as a .zip file. I re-uploaded it to Megaupload and submitted the link for convenience.
