Description (Click to toggle Visibility)

Unfortunately this track was lost; my main hard drive died, and I lost most of my portfolio, including all this track's assets. Its a shame, since ive started making tracks again.

I’m in the process of completing a new version of this awesome track. It’s another track that’s been kicking around on my hard drive for a long time, almost complete, and I just want to get it out the door.

So far …its not even in-game, but worry not it’s been tested and fine tuned to perfection in another much more “picky” sim. The track - out to the walls - is pretty much set in stone, but I’m redoing the Cork Screw to bring up the quality and also need to remodel some of the side scenery, which is way too high poly and under detailed.

You should expect some screens and maybe a WIP release in the next couple months, as I complete my other projects.

8/9/09 update

I’ve had the track in game for a while now and worked a little on getting all the TSO's in there as well as the materials. Its a fun drive and very smoother through the corners.

There hasn't been any updates in awhile. Is the project still alive?

I would like some new reference material for the enhancments. All of my stuff is from 2007 or earlier. The main differeences between mine to the old VRLM track is; my curb hieght is much shorter; and the Cork Screw has more room to cut at the lower apex. I also used way more polygons in the track surface to improve brivability in the corners and over steep hills.

I plan on finishing LRP 2.0 and RA before I start anything eles. Just wanted to put it out there so you guys knew what was in the pipeline. RA will definetly finish first, then LRP 2.0, then probably this one.

Do you intend to finish Road Atlanta before this one? Greetings.

Let me know if you need references. I have photos and track time on the new MotoGP friendly enhancements.
