Yes we can tell these models are ripped off from DWD, everything is the exact same!. He has also stolen a bunch of models from me and is trying to put in a mod for rfactor. Facebook has legit proof of my stuff that he had posted to his facebook page. Btw, it is a little hard to remain civil when the retard try's to talk shit about your kids and his sweet pal cost's you your business by telling your customers bullshit lies.

Guys, can we discuss things while remaining civil? With everybody throwing accusations, we can't tell who is telling the truth. It's not unheard of two mods resembling each other, especially if they're modding the same vehicle. In the past, we've seen instances where modders include watermarks in their work, only visible on low texture settings using DX7, and we recommend you all start doing the same. In the meantime, please don't swear or trash each other, let's decide what to do when the mod is released. Thanks.

if you made these from scratch..your template would be completley different than DWD's.
its a dead givaway.. all you did was change a few things

Each body panel, spoiler,spolier sides, hood scoop,engine side cover..
the 15 little "parts" sqaures.(strange how you just happened to have 15 part sqaures too, in the exact same spot ).

you know why they are in the same spot??.. let me answer that for you..because if you try move them.. your paint will not line up to the car models...THATS WHY.. they are laid out this way to specifically fit the DWD Modifieds..THATS WHY

when a model is made .. then a template is made, the modeler then has to lay out all the parts on a template.. he places these on the template in a manner that they can be easily painted..

HE SPECIFICALLY CHOOSES where the parts are laid out on the template...they DO NOT turn out to be in the same place everythime someone makes a new model.. look at diff rfactor cars.. do they all look like dwd templates?... NO THEY DONT. none are exactly the same

there is NO WAY in hell that YOURS just happened to turn out the EXACT same way... period

I don't see a post here from Don or anyone on the DWD team so why are you getting ready to sue them? It seems you released your mod while looking for a fight. I wanted to give the mod a try and especially see if it raced the AI okay but could not get out of the pits. I only drive in the cockpit view and not enough of the car loaded into the game to drive it. So instead of threatening people it would be great if you fixed your mod so it could be tried out. Thank you, ken

if what we deserve is suing them for Slander then yes i am currently in the process of Pressing charges against Don and other members of the DWD team and anyone else wanting to slander my companys name. Which btw is a felony in all 50 states and will be dealt with in the full extent of the law
