Touring Car Legends – v1.1
Group A Touring Car MOD for rFactor
Version 1.1 – April 2009
Installation instructions:
1. Uninstall TCL v1.0
2. Install TCL v1.1 All-in-one
3. Install Sound Pack
4. Go Race
ALTERNATIVELY: Use the v1.0 to v1.1 UPDATE if you prefer to save bandwidth.
NOTE : v1.1 is not compatible with v1.0, joining online with different versions will cause mismatches and quite possibly CTD's for both 1.0 + 1.1 users on the same server.

Thanks too to those who continued to support us even when it may have looked like the mod would not see the light of day…

SKIN MAKERS PLEASE READ :
If you are making fantasy skins for this mod please use one of the "Misc" folders or your own personal addons folder to release your skins. Please do not use the main championship folders to avoid overwriting of our current cars and also to avoid us overwriting your skin as and when we release additional ones. (This is also in the hope to reduce the chance of online mismatches).
If you have an authentic Gr.A skin that you notice we have not released for any of the championships then please contact one of the team first to find out if we "have" painted it already but not released it or for it to be submitted to the championship folder and for your name to be added to the Official TCL painters credits (on rFactor Central and in subsequent Readme's included with any mod updates that occur).
Thank you for your understanding in regards to our wishes to keep each championship as authentic as we have painstakingly recreated them.
Woggster have you read the painting tutorials on this website ? if not they may help the link is http://www.rfactorcentral.com/skins/spraybooth.cfm, I haven't tried to run any of my own skins yet as I am new to rfactor and still learning, therefor I am still researching rfactor on thr net there is a lot of information that may help if you google creating vehicles for rfactor and painting vehicles for rfactor, I hope that this helps

wade361 I'm not really interested in your opinion, I'm not interested in your two bob's worth, I didn't ask for your opinion, it's perhaps something you should keep to yourself, I was interested in hearing from the people who wrote this mod, they are the ones who know if there are or were further plans for this mod and if I don't hear from them, I don't hear from them and I would accept that. What I don't appreciate is hearing from some self opinionated twit such as yourself voicing their opinion, so next time someone asks a question that is not aimed at you maybe you should refrain from posting your thoughts and keep them to yourself as it does not concern you as you are not involved.

I am seeking permission to use the Mustang (which I skinned a few for the mod ), the Rover, Levin and the other 1984 cars, and the VK (which needs modifying) to use in our 1984 ATCC Mod Big Banger Group C. We are taking on the project as a big task, but the end results will be awesome. I cannot find any of the original people to ask permission for use of these cars. Am I the only person left still posting hahaha...

Twest don't bother asking about the R32.....either the team behind this mod is tired from the original release, or pissed off with everyone asking a question about the mod, I don't know. all I can say to them is thank you for the mod they released and wish them the best.....personally I think this mod is completed...mo more updates.
