This is one of my first attempts at a circuit and this is only an early version.
Its an extremely fun street track with fast corners, an over/under section and a commercial and industrial section.
Will be updating soon.
Features to come:
-Fix overpass/jump
-add residential area
Any suggestions are welcome as im new lol.

A very tight and twisty track, I don't see how its high speed, but I like most of it, Not bad for a first try . Since you say you're new I'll give you some tips:
Take note i drive OW cars, and sort of love hernman tilke tracks...
1. Add brake markers in
2. Straighten some braking points
3. Avoid consecutive turns where the track turns on itself, its very, very, difficult and annoying.
4. Last high speed section, Add runoff?
5. Bridge, i'd reduce the gradient significantly. You could try lowering whats under the the bridge as well.
6. personal one - add some trees!
7. I'd try doing high speed chicanes, something like monaco's tabac, section.
8. Pit lane... move the cars into the pit boxes. Some mods like the GP2 mod cant get out of the pits without hitting the wall cause they dont have a wide enough turning circle
9. Since its a street circuit i'd add some elevation changes and give the road a bumpy texture. Slight elevation changes allow you to keep the same overhead profile, but it will loosen up parts of the track and make it much more exciting .
10. Most of my mods dont make it around the corner rightt after the pit exit .
