xoSx, your concerns have been noted. At present the mod lacks a description, so let's wait and see what's presented. We won't publish it if things don't work out.

I think that You'll need to ask for permission to use the cars in "Your" mod 'cause I see that You're including Race The Game cars and Chevy Cruze that You haven't made personally. I think that as far as getting permission from SimBin would be difficult (if not impossible), You could - at least - ask the authors of that Chevy to use their work!
Without that permission You won't be able to release the mod legally. If You do so, appropriate legal steps will be taken.
