rFactorCentral operates as a service to the sim racing community - it is not a commercial site. rFactorCentral is run by one person. It relies on donations and advertising revenue to cover server costs.
Daily Download Limits
To keep the RFC servers up and running there are daily restrictions that apply to file downloads (from rfactorcentral.net only). Daily limits reset at midnight server time each day. Alternative download links are provided for cars and tracks wherever possible.
Problems with downloads
If downloads from RFC's file server are stopping before the file is fullly downloaded (resulting in a corrupt download message), please use a Download Manager/Accelerator that supports multiple simultaneous connections. The file server is under consistent heavy load and is prone to dropping single connections. Internet Download Manager is highly recommended.

Any donation to help cover the costs of the rFactorCentral resources the community uses is greatly appreciated. As a thank you for your donation the daily limit on the RFC file server will be removed. Please keep in mind you donate at your own risk. Your donation is not a guarantee or contract of service of any kind. It is not a membership or subscription, nor is it a means of influencing rFactorCentral's operation. Download speeds from the rFactorCentral file server are not dependent on donation status.
NOTE: You should be returned automatically to rFactorCentral after the donation is processed on Paypal. If you are not returned automatically it is very important that you click the 'Return to Seller' link on Paypal so that rFactorCentral _automatically_ processes your donation. Contact rFC if you have made a donation and it hasn't been applied to your profile.
