League Description: races run on Kenton County Fairgrounds using various mods. exhibition race to be held on Sunday, August 5, 2007 with Lancer EVO IX vs. Impreza STi 1.0, both mod and track available on rfcentral. test race password is Carnage, server is Carnage Racing Figure 8 League hosted by 321servers.com. If interested, e-mail boltfan7@sbcglobal.net or PM Anthony Stuart on the pits forum run by me, Anthony Stuart, veteran of Stormin' Race League and various series on Second Life, this is my first time running a league, although I have experience helping out with Stormin' after I stopped racing in NRO3, and helping run events in Second Life. I will compete and then view replays to look for any blatant aggresive driving. If I win the overall championship, the honors will go to second place, as I don't believe in truly competing in my own series (conflict of interests) PLEASE NOTE: aggressive driving WILL BE TOLERATED to a certain extent. this is figure 8 racing after all. however, use good judgement. if there's any doubt as to whether or not something will earn you a penalty (loss of points for the event, all decisions final), DON'T DO IT! My main goal is to make this a self-policing series. If you start racing too aggressively, your punishment will be the way the others race you, which is far worse in my opinion than any points penalty. blatant track-cutting, "unsportsmanlike conduct," or "actions detrimental to the league" (god, i'm mike helton ;_;) may result in suspension or banishment from the league, and almost always loss of points. I can't think of anything not covered by track-cutting or blatant aggressive driving, but just in case... i'm sorry for making you all cross-eyed reading this, we're almost done, I promise! Finally, thanks to those who have offered their support to the league, to ISI for making the best racing sim in history, to 321servers.com for hosting, and to rFactorCentral for...well...everything(this is long enough without going into detail) you may now rest your eyes.
