Honestly, it’s been a nightmare. First off, I joined because of the catchy welcome bonus, but right away I realized the app was clunky, I mean, just navigating through it was a pain. But I stuck with it, thinking maybe I’d get the hang of it. Then, after finally getting a small win on slots, I tried to cash out, only to find out about all these hidden rules that practically tied up my money! No help from customer support or else. Anyone else feel completely let down by this place?
