I’m fuming right now. 
So, I was playing on Diamond Reels Casino last night, just having a little fun on some slots before bed. Started with $50 and got super lucky on Caesar’s Victory—landed a crazy bonus round that brought me up to $780! I thought, “Great, I’ll cash out and treat myself to something nice.”
Well, apparently, Diamond Reels had other plans.
I go to request my withdrawal, and suddenly, I get hit with a bunch of terms I “didn’t meet.” They’re telling me I need to wager my deposit 35x even though I wasn’t using a bonus! Like, what?! I only played regular slot spins, no promo, no free spins, nothing. Then they hit me with, “Your account is under review.”
So now I’m stuck waiting, and I already know how this goes… endless emails, support telling me to be patient, and probably some excuse about how I “violated the terms.” This is the first time I’ve actually won a decent amount here, and of course, now it’s a problem. Funny how they never had an issue when I was losing.
Anyone else have problems cashing out on Diamond Reels? I’m about to take this to the forums and casino watchdog sites because this feels sketchy as hell. I get that casinos have rules, but when they just make them up as they go, it’s a huge red flag.
Ugh. Just let me get my money! Has anyone actually managed to cash out from them successfully? Or should I just kiss my winnings goodbye?
