Good poker strategy and training sites?

Been thinking about sharpening up my poker game lately. I love playing multi-hand video poker and some classic Texas Hold’em, but I know there’s always more to learn. Any recommendations for solid poker strategy and training sites? Preferably something with good resources for both cash games and tournaments. Free or paid, doesn’t matter—I just want something worth my time.
