How are odds for Kraken vs Avalanche looking for 2025?

Alright, so I was checking out the odds for the Kraken vs Avalanche matchup, and as expected, the books are favoring the Avalanche pretty heavily. Most sportsbooks are listing Colorado at around -298 to -320 on the moneyline, while Seattle sits in the +190 to +260 range. Given the Kraken's four-game losing streak against the Avs and their rough 0-3 record in the 2024-25 season against them, it’s not surprising.

A couple of key injury notes:

  • The Kraken roster is a bit banged up, with Jared McCann and Chandler Stephenson listed as day-to-day.
  • The Avalanche lineup has Josh Manson and Scott Wedgewood on the injury list, but they’ve been holding strong.
Looking at their all-time head-to-head, the Kraken have struggled against the Avs, with a 4-7-1 regular season record and an overall 8-10-1 including playoffs. Their last win against Colorado was way back in April 2023 in a 3-1 victory.

Right now, no game has been announced yet for 2025, but I’m thinking about locking in with a sportsbook early, building some betting history to take advantage of better promos and loyalty bonuses when the time comes.

For those of you who bet NHL regularly, which sites would you recommend? I’ve been checking out:

  • BetOnline - seems solid, but their NHL promos are hit-or-miss
  • BetUS - probably the best for in-game betting?
Would love to hear if any of you have a go-to site for free bet offers, solid NHL odds, and rewards programs. Also, if anyone grabbed Kraken vs Avalanche tickets for a past game, how was the experience at Ball Arena? Worth the trip?

Let me know what you guys think, especially if you’ve got an Avalanche vs Kraken prediction for when they do finally meet again.

You're right about Avalanche being strong in matchups against Kraken. Seattle struggle, injury pile up—bad for Kraken depth. McCann, Stephenson day-to-day? Not looking good. I've had really good nhl lines at betonline and the bonuses were quite generous towards me...idk what you mean. Betus has really good odds though. Avalanche got the upper hand right now, but hockey’s wild. Never say never.
