How do you know if an online casino is legit?

Alright, so here’s one for the Aussies. With so many online casinos around, especially the ones available to us, it’s tough to know which ones are legit. I always start by checking for a license – if it’s from somewhere like the Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission, or even Curacao, it’s usually decent.

But let’s be real, just having a license doesn’t make it foolproof. I read up on forums (like this one!) to see if anyone’s struggled with withdrawals – no one likes casinos that go quiet when it’s time to cash out. 😅 In my experience, if their support team dodges basic questions or takes ages to respond, that’s a massive red flag.

So far I've been really happy with Ricky Casino, but wondering whether I'm missing out on something better.

Anyone here got any other tips for a fellow Australian player? Or, even better, any sites that actually treat us Aussies right?

I like Ricky too, mate! Had a smooth run with 'em, fast payouts, and decent support when I had a question. Another one worth peekin' at is PlayAussie, not bad with promos if you're after a fresh option. But yep, licensed sites and real player reviews are the way to go!

hayyy 😅 but you ever tried KingBilly? they got quick payouts too, and their support doesn't vanish lol. PlayAussie tho... that one's new to me!

No, I think different about Ricky Casino – tried it and wasn’t thrilled. Felt like support was sluggish, took them ages to get back to me. I've had a better time with JoeFortune, they're Aussie-focused and pretty quick to handle cashouts too. Worth considering if Ricky isn’t giving you the best experience.

I have to disagree on Ricky Casino. It may have a license, but that alone doesn’t equal quality. I found myself frustrated with their bonuses, lots of strings attached. Ignition Casino has better terms in my opinion, and they’ve always responded promptly to my queries.
