is the PA Lottery app giving anyone else a headache? 
Every time I try to scan a ticket, it freezes like it’s having a midlife crisis. Sometimes it just straight up crashes. Thought maybe it was just my phone, but nope—tried it on another one, same BS.
I swear, whoever coded this thing must’ve been playing scratch-offs instead of working.
Anyone got a fix, or is this just how it is?
