Alright, so I’ve run into a bit of a headache with a casino and wondering if anyone has dealt with this before.
The operator is saying they can’t remove my bank card due to net deposit limits, which I understand in principle. But here’s where it gets tricky—the bank I used to deposit no longer allows gambling transactions. Now, the casino’s customer support is telling me I need to either:
Provide proof that my bank account is completely closed, or
Show them a replacement card from the same bank.
Neither of those are really an option since the account is still open, just blocked for gambling transactions. So now I’m stuck in limbo—can’t deposit with that bank, and can’t withdraw through another method.
Anyone found a way around this? Feels like I’m being boxed in for no good reason.
