Warriors' 3,000th win made me $$$

Last night’s Warriors vs. Hornets game was an easy cash for me. When I saw LaMelo Ball was ruled out, that was all I needed to hammer my bets on Golden State. Charlotte has been struggling even with him, and without their best playmaker? It was a no-brainer.

Here’s how I played it:

Pre-game bets

✅ Warriors -12.5 spread (-110) – The Hornets' road trip fatigue plus their turnover problems made this feel like free money. They ended up coughing up 24 turnovers leading to 37 points for GSW. Easy cover.

✅ Warriors Over 120.5 points (-115) – I figured with Buddy Hield, Steph, and Jimmy Butler in the lineup, they’d get hot at some point. Didn’t expect 41 points in the third quarter, but I’ll take it.

✅ Hornets Under 102.5 points (-105) – The moment Ball was ruled out, their offense was going to struggle. Charlotte’s averaging over 15 turnovers per game, and against a high-energy GSW defense, that was a recipe for disaster. They finished with 92 points—another easy hit.

Live Bets

🔹 Warriors -18.5 (Live) – Once I saw the Hornets struggling early and the Warriors picking up the pace, I jumped in on the adjusted spread. By halftime, it was clear the blowout was on, and this hit easily.

🔹 KJ Simpson Over 13.5 points (Live) – Charlotte had to rely on somebody to score. He had 16 points by the end, cashing my prop.

Final Payout

Turned a $250 stake into $1,100 across my bets. Wish I had put more on the spread, but a win is a win!

Takeaways for future bets

1️⃣ The Hornets are a disaster without Ball – If he’s out, they’re a fade team against anyone competent.
2️⃣ The Warriors’ offense is clicking with Butler – Expect more high-scoring games.
3️⃣ Live betting is king – If you see a team dominating early, don’t be afraid to hit adjusted spreads.
