I’ve been with BVX since the very beginning—back when it was invite-only and felt like an exclusive casino experience. At the time, logging into BVX casino was exciting, like stepping into something special. Now? It’s a frustrating mess. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
The biggest issue? Their host servers. Every time I hit a decent spin, I come across an "ERROR" message. Funny how these errors never seem to pop up when I’m losing, but the moment I’m winning, the game conveniently crashes. I’ve tried contacting support, but unless you’ve somehow managed to grab screenshots, they’ll just tell you, "There’s nothing we can do—it doesn’t show on our side." Seriously? How am I supposed to magically document every spin in real-time?
Don’t get me wrong, my host is fantastic when he’s around, but when he’s on vacation? Forget it. Without him, it’s like they just don’t care.
