I used to be a huge fan of Bet365 for Premier League betting. For years, it was my go-to platform while traveling. Reliable, packed with features, and always buzzing with action, it seemed like the perfect choice. But over time, I found myself stepping away from it—and here’s why.

Why Bet365 was my favorite​

Let me start by giving credit where it’s due: Bet365 has some standout features for Premier League betting.

  1. In-play betting: Placing bets during live matches kept me on the edge of my seat, and Bet365’s wide variety of in-play markets was unmatched.
  2. Great odds: Their competitive odds made betting on everything from underdog wins to the next goal scorer exciting.
  3. Live streaming: Watching matches live while tracking my bets was a highlight.
For years, I had some great wins—especially betting on last-minute goals and risky over/under markets when my favorite teams were playing.

Why I moved on​

As good as Bet365 is, a few things started to feel off for me:

  1. Too much time spent betting
    I realized how much of my weekends I was sinking into betting, obsessively checking odds and tracking games. It started to feel less like a fun hobby and more like an obligation.
  2. Smaller wins, bigger losses

  3. Looking for simpler fun
    I’ve shifted toward low-stakes, casual games where I can unwind without overthinking. The fast-paced nature of live betting became too intense, and I wasn’t enjoying it as much as I used to.

Final thoughts​

Bet365 is still a fantastic platform for Premier League betting, but it just isn’t for me anymore. The excitement was great while it lasted, but I’ve found that taking a step back has been better for my peace of mind—and my wallet.

It wasn't too much for me but the site kept glitching and odds got changed right when I wanted to make a live bet - a no no in my book. Betwhale is good so far, been using it for like a year
