Why do crypto casinos ignore customer service?

Alright, so I gotta ask—what’s the deal with crypto casinos and their nonexistent customer service? Like, you’d think with all the tech behind their flashy platforms, they could figure out how to answer an email or fix a basic issue.

Here’s my experience: I was playing at this one crypto-friendly site (I won’t name names, but let’s just say they rhyme with “BitFail”) and ran into an issue with a deposit that never showed up. I messaged their support—crickets. Tried again. Automated bot. Finally, after TWO WEEKS, I get a response, and it’s basically, “We’ll look into it.”

It’s not just me either. I’ve seen others complaining all over forums about the same problem—zero accountability, slow replies, and no one to actually TALK to. I get that crypto casinos are about privacy and decentralization, but come on, it doesn’t mean customer service has to vanish into the blockchain too.

What do you guys think? Is it because crypto casinos don’t face the same regulations as traditional ones? Or are they just cutting costs? Whatever it is, it’s killing the vibe. I like the convenience of crypto gambling, but man, they’ve gotta get it together.

Anyone got a crypto casino they’ve used where customer support didn’t feel like yelling into the void? Drop your recommendations—I’m tired of dealing with ghost casinos!
