Jared McCain is making his case for rookie of the year

Alright, can we talk about Jared McCain for a second? This dude is absolutely ballin out lately! Check these numbers:

• 20 points, 4 assists
• 29 points, 4 assists
• 34 points, 10 assists
• 23 points, 3 rebounds
• 27 points, 3 rebounds

AND he’s shooting 44% from deep (22/50)! Are you kidding me?! As a rookie?!

If he’s not already in the conversation for Rookie of the Year, then what are we even doing? The guy is putting up veteran numbers and making it look easy. That 34/10 game? Straight up domination. Plus, he’s consistent—he’s not just dropping one big game and disappearing.

I know it’s still early, but if McCain keeps this up, the award is his to lose. Anyone disagree? Let me know who’s doing it better right now, 'cause I’m not seeing it.
