Alright, let’s talk about the Cincinnati Reds standings and what the 2025 season might have in store for them. It’s early, but sitting 5th in the NL Central at 9-13 isn’t exactly inspiring confidence.
Cincinnati Reds division standings: Dead last in the NL Central. Not ideal, but the season is long.
Cincinnati Reds Wild Card standings: Not looking great either, but we’ve seen teams turn things around mid-season.
Cincinnati Reds baseball standings overall: Middle of the pack when it comes to runs scored (16th) and ERA (18th), so it’s not all doom and gloom.
It’s a long shot, but if the Reds can fix their offensive struggles, they might climb back into the Wild Card race. The key will be if their young talent steps up, especially with some new tech in play at spring training.
Side note: Even with the Reds struggling, at least we’ve got the Heineken Chinese GP coming up for something else to bet on this weekend.
What do you guys think? Do the Reds have any shot at making a playoff push, or are we in for another long season?

Where do they stand?

What’s going wrong?
- Offensive inconsistency: The Reds are 26th in batting average (.231), which explains why they struggle to put up runs.
- Pitching is just okay: With a 4.09 ERA and 1.25 WHIP, they’re not awful but definitely not dominant.
- Losing momentum: Spring training hasn’t been kind—six straight losses, including a rough one against the Mariners.
Can they still make the playoffs?
