I won $950 on Slots Garden Casino a few weeks ago, cleared the wagering requirements, and followed every casino withdrawal rule they threw at me. Sent in my KYC verification docs, got confirmation that everything was fine, and waited out their 10 business day payout timeframe.
Then, instead of processing my Slots Garden withdrawal, they bounced the money back into my playable balance and told me my documents weren’t correct. I resent them immediately, and now they’re making me wait another 10 business days for a new review. Support is useless—just copy-pasting terms and conditions instead of giving a real answer.
At this point, I’m wondering if Slots Garden is even legit or if this is a stall tactic. Anyone else had payout problems here? If you managed to cash out winnings, how did you finally get them to pay?
